It is for this reason that in this delicate period we have launched new services dedicated to companies that want to offer a valuable benefit to their employees or customers , and concretely support them during the COVID-19 Health Emergency.

HEALTH EMERGENCY SERVICES:

Medical consultation for Health Emergency: the possibility of talking via phone or video call with a doctor to request advice on preventive behaviors on the ongoing Health Emergency, requests an evaluation of any ongoing symptoms, or receive indications on the most appropriate protocol to follow.

Psychological Support for post-trauma stress due to the Health Emergency: includes 3 consultations with a psychologist, always via telephone or video call, to face the anxieties and fears deriving from the situation we are experiencing

Psychological Stress Support for remote working: it is possible to request a psychological support also for anxieties from working for home isolation or overload stress

These services can also be chosen in combination with DOC24 and customized according to the needs of the company.
DOC 24 "SOS COVID"
It is the service package designed to support companies in the delicate phase of reopening and monitoring the health of their employees and customers.

IMMEDIATE MEDICAL CONSULTATION: if, at home or while entering the building, a feverish state is detected, thanks to the special “SOS COVID” button present in the APP, you can activate the service and speak immediately with a doctor for a phone screening of symptoms

ACTIVE MONITORING: the Employee will receive notifications as a reminder to measure, with a certain frequency, temperature and oximetry and thus create a diary that can be consulted in real time by the GP

ONLINE MEDICAL FOLDER : by recording the measurements you create a diary that is visible in real time both from family doctor and from the occupational doctor who are responsible for it for a subsequent evaluation;

DEVICE KIT: As an option, the package includes the delivery of a kit containing temperature scanner for the company and pulse oximeters to be delivered to employees to whom a feverish state has been detected;

PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT: includes 3 consultations with a psychologist, always via telephone or video call, to deal with the anxieties and fears deriving from the situation that the employee is experiencing.
